Flat-Fee Wills & POAs, Built for Real Life

Looking for flat-fee Wills in Ontario? I offer legally solid Wills and Powers of Attorney, done by video, for a clear, fixed price as listed below. Whether this is your first Will or you're replacing one that no longer fits, every package includes full estate planning and documents built to hold up in real life.

If something happens and you don’t have a plan, your family’s left guessing. The law decides who’s in charge, who gets what, and how hard it’ll be. Working with me stops that. It's not just documents; it's aftermath prevention.

No loose ends. No hidden fees. No mess left behind.

Just a plan that protects the people you care about and makes sure nothing important gets missed.

How much does a Will cost in Ontario?

You may have found that it's surprisingly hard to get a straight answer.

Most firms won’t publish pricing. Many quote a “starting at” number that doesn’t include Powers of Attorney—or even legal advice. Others won’t even talk about cost until you’ve booked a meeting.

And if you do dig hard enough, you'll find wild variation. Everything from $25 for a fill-in-the-blank form to $10,000 at a big law firm.

Some firms charge high-end fees to cover big offices and support staff. Some sell templated documents for next to nothing—with no real advice or planning. Others rely on forms and hope you don’t ask too many questions.

I don’t work that way.

I don’t run a high-overhead firm, and I don’t cut corners or sell fluff. I offer clear, lawyer-led planning at a price that reflects the value, not the drama.

Here’s exactly what you’ll pay, what’s included, and who it’s for:

Why My Flat-Fee Wills Cost What They Do

I charge will prices that are fair to you and sustainable for me—and I stand behind the value they deliver.

I spend more time than most lawyers walking clients through the entire planning process, start to finish. You don’t get sent a questionnaire and left to figure it out. I ask the right questions, explain your options, my recommendations, and give real advice every step of the way.

That’s what you're actually paying for: clear, experienced judgment from someone who does this every day. You're not hiring a scribe—you're hiring a trust advisor.

I’m not a general practitioner. I work only in wills and estate planning. I’ve helped clients navigate every kind of planning scenario—and I’ve also served as executor on real-life estates, which means I’ve seen what holds up and what falls apart.

I’ve seen the kind of wills that look fine on paper but cause chaos in real life. My job is to keep that from happening to yours.

These prices aren’t for everyone. But if you want thoughtful, tested advice you can trust—not just documents—you’re in the right place.

I know my wills prices aren't the right fit for everybody, but, as with most things in this world, you get what you pay for.

How I Handle Updates

Estate plans aren’t one-and-done. Life changes—and your plan should change with it.

Even small changes can affect how your full plan works together. I conduct a full review of your documents to protect against hidden risks, ensure legal consistency, and apply the latest legal standards and best practices. Depending on the situation, you’ll receive carefully integrated amendments or refreshed documents — ensuring your plan remains strong, clear, and legally sound.

Most updates cost less than a new plan, but we still treat them seriously. You’ll know what’s changing, why it matters, and how it fits into the bigger picture.

Updates are always handled as a separate engagement (not included in above packages) and priced based on the scope of changes.
