Replace Your Will
Most people come here thinking they just need to update their Will. They know it’s out of date—or just wrong for where they're at now?
I hear that a lot. But I don’t revise Wills. I replace them completely. It's the only safe way to do it.
Too much can go wrong with partial changes. Even small edits can unravel the entire plan. And if I didn’t write the original, I can’t know what’s missing—or what risks it creates now. That’s why I start from scratch. Every time.
We go through a full legal planning process. We review your assets, your structure, and your priorities. Then we rebuild a Will that reflects your current life—not the version from five or ten years ago.
This isn’t a service for quick tweaks. It’s for people who want to make sure their next Will actually works.
Not Sure If You’re Ready to Rebuild?
If you’re still second-guessing your old plan—or just want a second opinion on it how it will hold up in real life—I offer a separate path to help you get Clarity.
This Is Full Estate Planning
This isn’t a document swap. It’s a full rebuild of your estate plan—based on where your life is now, not where it was the last time you signed something.
We look at what you own, who it’s going to, and how it gets there. That includes your beneficiary designations, how your accounts are structured, and whether your Will still fits with everything else.

What's Included
I walk you through a structured process that starts with clarity and ends with signed, legally valid documents. You’ll get a focused video planning meeting process, custom drafting—not recycled templates—and a video signing process that meets Ontario’s formal legal requirements.
If your Will needs to account for a corporation, we’ll talk about whether a separate Corporate Will is needed. If you own property outside Canada, we’ll address whether your Ontario Will is enough or needs to coordinate with a second Will abroad.

How Remote Signing Works
You don’t have to visit my office—or any office. Everything is handled by secure video call. I send you a package of printed documents and we'll watch each other sign them by video. And the witnessing process meets all Ontario requirements for a legally valid Will.
You get the same protection as in-person signing—without travel, printing, or hassle.
Fixed Fees, Upfront
There’s no hourly billing and no meter running in the background.

Ready to Move Forward?
If your current Will is out of date, mismatched to your assets, or just not something you trust, you don’t need to fix it. You need a better one.
We’ll start fresh—and build something that holds up.
