How I work
You don’t need to come in with answers—just a willingness to start.
Here’s how the process works, beginning to end.
Step 1: Get in Touch
Start by sending me a short message through the Contact page. Tell me what you’re looking for and what’s going on in your life. I don’t take on every matter. If it’s not a fit, I’ll let you know.
Step 2: Intro Call
If it makes sense to move forward, we’ll book a quick 5–10 minute call in the next few days. I’ll ask a few key questions, explain again how the process and fees work, and confirm we’re aligned. No forms. No pressure. Just a quick filter to make sure it’s worth both our time.
If we decide to move ahead, I’ll send you a short welcome package so you know what to have on hand. No lengthy questionnaire—just the basic facts I will need to build the right plan.
Step 3: Video Planning Meeting
We meet by video to walk through your assets, talk through key decisions, and build a coordinated plan that actually works. Some people come in with ideas shaped by advice from friends, half-finished forms, or generic online kits. It’s not their fault—they just don’t know what they don’t know. I’ll flag risks, fix gaps, and guide you toward clear, tested choices that hold up in real life. You’ll walk away with a plan that reflects your intentions and protects the people you care about.
And if you don’t know where to start—and that’s fine. You don’t need legal knowledge. You just need to come prepared with the facts: what you own, how it’s held, and who’s involved. I’ll guide you through the rest.
Step 4: Review
You’ll receive draft documents with annotations explaining key points and things to watch for. I don’t review drafts line by line with you, so it’s important you review everything carefully. If you have questions or notice anything unclear, please ask. I’m here to clarify or make changes as needed. The goal is a clear, final plan you understand and trust.
Step 5: Signing + Delivery
I send you a package of printed originals and walk you through the signing by video. I provide the witnesses. Once everything’s signed, you return the documents to me in the prepaid envelope. I finalize with a witness affidavit, then send all the originals back to you for safekeeping.
At that point, your plan is done—signed and ready to hold up when it counts.
The goal isn’t complexity. It’s confidence—and a plan that holds up in real life.
